Im giving O Neils Bristol four stars after my visit last night. We arrived at about 7 pm to meet other deaf people at 8 pm and wanted to have a few pre-drinks.
I did feel ordering drinks at the bar was very difficult and it wasn't dining in an orderly fashion but instead just who is the loudest that gets served. It was very packed and i did get frustrated that the shots girls were trying to sell shots to people instead of helping behind the bar.
The toilets were not great, someone had thrown up in one of the toilets and it wasn't cleaned for hours while we were there.
Apart from that we had a good time, we were there until midnight before calling it a night. The prices here were a little on the higher side but the Guinness was nice and cold. My partner got the Thatcher gold pint and we did like that when he asked for a Bristol Cider the lady behind the till took her time to offer her expertise and said that the closest matching one was Thatcher Gold. My partner said it was very close and he enjoyed it. It was a bit strange for him because sometimes it would be in a pint glass and sometimes it would ne in plastic without any explanation.

Read moreWent in with friends on the 25th Jul, ordered ~£24 food through the app without realizing kitchens were closed, took 2 hours before I asked where it was and was told kitchens were closed. (My fault partially for not asking if kitchens were closed, however, app should not have allowed me to select food if so)
Was told I'd have to wait until store closed at 1am for my refund which was in 4 hours! Was denied drinks as a replacement for the food as well. I called in the next morning to organized a refund where I was told I'd have to go back in store to receive my refund (I was 1h30 away in Frome by this point so was not possible) Proceeded to call multiple times and was promised a refund on several occasions and was not called back about it.
Contacted them via messenger and was apologized to countless times but no effort was made to refund me. Even after their final message I was not contacted again or given a refund, eventually had to take it through my bank and dispute the payment.
Took over a month to receive my refund and did not feel like a single apology was sincere. Would not recommend at all and will not...
