Avoid at all costs unless you’re looking for some aggravation to spice up the evening!

Because believe me the customer service (lack of it) and food (if you’re lucky enough to receive it) will cause you, your family and friends nothing but trouble.

We have always had awful experiences here and then left it for twelve months or so and thought “it must have changed” how wrong could we be, if anything it’s got worse! This was the very last time we will order with any Pizza Hut.

If you’re looking for missing items, cold food (sometimes no food at all) delivery estimate times that are as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike, unanswered telephones, excuses about refunds, delivery drivers that can’t find addresses or give customers their correct orders and general bad attitude from all staff members, this place is heaven for you!

To top it all off they send you an email asking about your experience which doesn’t allow you to submit your response! (truth must hurt)

Our food was warm at best, my wife’s was mostly stuck to the lid of the box, the kids pizzas were crushed to the side and my vegetable Supreme looked like it had accidentally had a handful of veg spilled on it. It arrived 25 minutes after it should have and was then delivered to my next door neighbour, once my neighbour pointed the driver to our front door (we’ve put a door number on it to avoid any confusion!) the driver gave us the wrong order and walked off, it’s only because we called him back that he realised and then swapped it with our order that was also in his car!

This take away and delivery is an absolute wreck,

Pizza Hut - if you do read these reviews (and if not you should) you have a bunch of disinterested, demotivated people with no leader having a laugh with your Brand Name and Franchise! There are plenty of other small and large chain Pizza delivery establishments in and around the area that do a far better job and have the exact same business model.

Never going there again absolute shambles, ordered my food at 1:20pm I never got to see my food because it never arrived, I tried contacting customer service but they told me I had to try online which I tried also but there is no number or anything to get a refund, so I thought I would ring the store but I was ringing the store multiple times up but no one was answering so I decided to walk up to the shore because at this point I was just annoyed of waiting however when I got there they were closed I was confused why because on there door they have a opening sign saying Monday to Sunday they open at 11am and when you go online it says they were open and there online orders were on, so after wasting my trip I went home and waited until 5:30pm when someone actually answered the phone, they were not helpful at all and didn’t seem to care that I wasted my whole day trying to get a refund, the employee got me to wait again and that they would call me back when the manager got there at 6pm, 6pm passes by nothing from them so I ended up calling the store myself but what a shock they didn’t answer the phone I was ringing the store multiple times again up until 7pm and finally I was speaking with the manager but yet he wasn’t that helpful either he was just telling me the same thing that i was told, no one has given me any apologise they were just rude and unhelpful, if you are thinking about ordering from here DO NOT bother you will just be...

Extremely poor service by this branch, food was ordered and accepted on their online service around 8pm, by 9.30 pm I contacted to enquire how long our food would take (the website status had looped back to 'prep' stage after the estimated time of delivery would be in 55 minutes after the order was accepted. Considering it was only two pizzas, side and drink, an hour and a half was already too long. The employee on the other end apologised and ensured our food would be delivered with the next 30 minutes.

By 10pm no driver arrived, prompting us to contact them again, another meaningless excuse was given, this time the pizzeria was understaffed that evening. After THREE hours of waiting our pizza arrived at 22:55. The pizza was lukewarm and our side dish was not present, we were lucky to get the delivery driver to contact the kitchen (on delivery driver's last round) to cook our side and have it delivered. After a extremely poor delivery experience, poor pizza and a side dish that arrived at 11pm (the closing time of the pizzeria), I would STRONGLY AVOID this branch at all costs, waste of £28...
