Lovely new coffee shop, staff are very friendly and helpful. Personally, I’m a fan of the modern ‘unfinished’ industrial design inside, cafe feels spacious and open. Coffee is lovely, I also tried their sausage roll and a sweet potato cake. Sausage roll was absolutely gorgeous - lots of juicy filling, tasty pastry, nice crunch from the seeds on top! Sweet potato cake was very tasty too, very moist inside, lovely flavour, and a large portion size! Will definitely be coming back!

Just popped in for a coffee and the place has a very 'unfinished' feel about it. Coffee was ok but I prefer a stronger one but that's my preference. I do hope that it is work in progress as I have a feeling that it could be popular. However, no signage other than a small board outside and I actually walked passed. Prices are good and reasonable. PS - remove the cutlery from the tables. How many people fidget with them before another uses the cutlery? Unhygienic 🤢

The Key Cafe gives former prisoners a second chance at settling back into Bristol after serving their sentence. Situated in an open and bright building with a feeling of calmness as I walked in. The staff member who served me was polite and overall I enjoyed my iced coffee on a warm day.

Delicious coffee and pastries! They have quite a few vegan options on the menu as well. Nice open space inside with load of light coming through the large windows in the front. The girls working behind the counter were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend giving this place a try and supporting its cause instead of supporting one of the many chains...
