Absolutely shocking it was 5.00pm on a Sunday our little 8 year boy was bursting for the toilet so we just pulled in quickly as he could not hold it and we had a long drive so my husband went with him and the staff said no kids was allowed in he explained that our little boy just needed the toilet and he could not hold it and was tuned away due to this it led him being in tears when he got back and he ended up wetting himself I no some please don't allow children but we was not drinking he just needed the toilet and I was shocked that someone could turn away a little child like that clearly don't have children...

This is one of the loveliest pubs I have been in, in a long time. Myself and a colleague were in Birmingham for work and had received a recommendation to go here. We were not disappointed. The landlord was a wonderful man who made us feel very welcome. The locals were great. What was only supposed to be one drink turned into us staying here the whole night. Good laughs, great company, and a beautiful pub. Would come back to Birmingham just to come here. Absolutely...
