Unfortunately I am having to update my review from 5 years ago due to recent experiences. This cafe has changed management in recent months & as a result the food & service just isn't what it used to be sadly. The food quality has taken a down hill turn and the lack of English with the waitress left me with food I didn't order. I miss the previous owners. I won't be returning unfortunately. Shame.

Went here for breakfast,it was quiet. Nice atmosphere and good service. Got cappuccino,which stayed hot and wanted it with the food as I didn't want it to get cold. Got Mediterranean breakfast,which was really nice tbh. The hot beverages came, in no time the food and cutlery.So that was great,shows listening. Thank you,definitely will go here again!

Average food for an average price, plenty of seating and a couple of tables outside, clean toilets, parking within 5 minutes walk, servers are a bit disorganised but guys behind the counter make it work, would probably use again when in area

Went here for breakfast,it was quiet. Nice atmosphere and good service. Got cappuccino,which stayed hot and wanted it with the food as I didn't want it to get cold. Got Mediterranean breakfast,which was really nice tbh. The hot beverages came, in no time the food and cutlery.So that was great,shows listening. Thank you,definitely will go here again!

I highly recommend Beanstalk cafe. The staff are friendly and the service is great. Over the past two years, I have eaten many items off the menu, which I found to be tasty, well cooked, well presented and the portions are generous. Even the side-salad is crisp, clean and tasty.
