Coffee Cream — Restaurant in Broxbourne

If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

I had the most infuriating experience at this so-called cafe today. I walked in with a very runny nose and asked politely for just one napkin. The lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me properly—she literally rolled her eyes, let out a dramatic sigh like I was asking for a five-course meal, and then snapped, "Sorry, we don’t have any, they’re for paying customers." She said it in the most condescending tone imaginable, practically huffing and puffing as if I had personally offended her by existing. Where’s the common courtesy nowadays? I was stunned at how rude and dismissive she was over something so simple. I wasn’t asking for free food, just a napkin to avoid making a mess! If this is how they treat people, I’ll gladly never set foot in this place again. Absolutely ridiculous and beyond...

Women behind counter was nothing short of monstrous. I sat down in her chairs outside because I am pregnant and had a really nasty wave of pain, she got so angry saying i could atleast ask to sit on her chairs i explained the situation and apologise got up to move. She proceeded to follow me hurling abuse at me telling me to sit back down I said I would much rather walk away and find somewhere else to sit which apparently made her even more angry. My sister tried to defend me because the women was being extreme at this point even swearing and she then started telling my sister she's nobody and I can speak for myself. As we walked away she began harassing her own customer waving her hands in his face when he was trying to enjoy his coffee and paper. Weirdest...

The lady who owns this cafe is actually quite a nasty woman she told me I couldn’t sit on the chairs outside because I’m homeless and I’m dirty smelly which is rubbish yeah I might be homeless but I’m not overly dirty and I don’t smell bad yet the way she embarrassed me in front of everyone was disgusting she’s always got something to say about someone and it’s usually not nice or even correct half the time the food is ok nothing special but being honest the food could be 3 Michelin stars and I wouldn’t eat there not good...
