Domino's Pizza - Hoddesdon — Restaurant in Broxbourne

If you are in a hurry, it just can't be bothered to cook, then I could say to you "look no further" - but that's just a cliché. You definitely NEED to look further to guarantee a good meal. I've taken an order home from here, only to find two of the pizzas burnt. Why somebody would box up a burned pizza I cannot say. Maybe they don't treat their staff very well? You have to wonder.

I had to give them a second chance the other day. (Because PapaJohn doesn't do gluten free pizzas. Why??)The service was lacklustre to say the least. I always make it a point to look my food over before leaving any takeaway now. I checked my order this time and it was fine.

This is just a takeaway place. This is not a restaurant. You can't eat here. If you want a takeaway from here, order it on the phone first. I took my little boy there to order pizzas to take home - there was a forty minute wait.

Awful place first time I ordered in 16 it was hours late. Took 3 years to order again and got threatened by a manager. My pizza was nearly 3 hours late so they told me was free... Took the pizza. Phone call at 10pm that night saying that the manager was sending around people to collect the money. When I said you told me it was free started shouting at me down phone!! Domino's gave me a £50 voucher to say sorry and I never spent it.

Ordered today on boxing day 2021... 2 and a half hours late. Turned up stone cold. Customer service is rubbish!! Drivers rude. Refused the pizza wasn't worth the £40 it cost me. 8.20pm making food for kids ...

Food is great its a dominos, most staff are very polite and friendly. What lets it down is a couple people who are unhelpful. Don't order a delivery, sometimes they don't find me and I have to pick it up myself, £4 wasted. Sometimes they take forever to arrive which sucks when you have to wait in the cold because you live I'n a flat. Once they actually managed to be over 2 hours late (no exaggeration unfortunately) I called them up multiple times and this guy was seriously trying to tell me my pizza was on it's way still... Eventually had to call and get them to remake my food and pick it up myself, wasted my Saturday time and money, was given no compensation.

To sum up, don't order take away. Just collect it from some of the nice staff who are usually...
