Fishy Delishy Waltham Cross — Restaurant in Broxbourne

I ordered a meal for my family from JustEat. The order never came and till this day they have refused to give me a full refund. They lied to JustEat saying they called my mobile which I have shown proof that never happened. They said they knocked on my door even though my front door leads to the front room and my myself nor my husband never heard a thing (it's worth putting that we have light sensors and if someone came on our driveway we would know) I have tried to call to speak with the manager and no-one has ever picked up the phone. This has ruined my whole experience. I will never purchase even a gherkin from this shop and JustEat will never receive another penny from me. Before buying from this place please read the reviews that's my one regert. I have spoken to several people in my community about this chip shop and no one person had a good thing to say. Very rude and disrespectful staff especially the owner who wouldn't let us sit down because his lazy ### was sat on the last free table, when asked if we could sit down he got very rude and told us that chips were take away and we could not sit with them, I asked him what about our teas and coffees but still this excuse for a cafe owner just sat there. I would urge people to keep well clear of CLASSIC FISH AND CHIPS in Waltham cross unless you are health and hygiene because the place inside is filthy and going on the filthy attitude and manners of the owner I would not like to see further in the back. First time ive been here since the reopening, not sure if the owners are the same. Ordered a large cod and chips along with a fish cake beans and 2 drinks. I explained a large chips is always more than enough (at this location and literally everywhere ive been). Once served i instantly knew they just wanted me to order more! Ive posted the pictures and you can literally count 30 chips give or take a few.

We ordered a fish cake which they dont have on their menu, waitress said they can make it for us.

I wont be heading back here as there are much better and friendlier places around locally. Food is ok nothing amazing
