Best Pizza and Kebab — Restaurant in Broxtowe

This has to be the worst take away I have ever had. I ordered a pizza from this takeaway using JustEat. Once I opened the pizza box and started to take a slice of the pizza the toppings and cheese were disconnected as you can see in the image attached. This was due to a combination of the base of the pizza being extremely soggy to the point where even the crust was soggy and the toppings, so the cheese, ham etc were disgustingly oily. So we were off to a bad start. I then took a bite of the pizza and the taste was awful the cheese tastes synthetic and has a horrible almost chemical like after taste and the fact that the pizza was lukewarm was not making my experience any more pleasurable.

After being extremely let down by Mario's Pizzas chefs, I proceeded to make a phone call. I listed all the complaints I had and the response I got was "they're not crispy because we do deep based pizzas" I found this very condescending and a poor attempt of an excuse as deep based pizzas still don't have soggy bottoms and soggy crust. After me expressing how I did not believe the excuses were suitable I was told I'd receive a call back from a manager which I have not yet received.

First time using since changed name and pizza was was absolutely delicious. I went in in person and ordered 2x 15’ . A veggie and a meat feast. I asked to swap a couple of toppings and the guy was was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen and staff were super clean and I could see him prepping someone else’s pizza and it looked great, loads of toppings. I was so excited about ours, especially as I walked home and could smell the pizza, it smelled incredible! When I got home it was still warm and tasted amazing! Loads of cheese and toppings, huge pizzas, cooked perfectly, soft and melty. The tomato base tasted great. It’s not posh pizza but it’s the BEST cheap and cheerful pizza and really good value. Food not as described, arrived late, salad and sauces not included, and portion sizes are tiny. The £6.50 wraps are minescule. The smallest wraps I've ever seen. We ordered the "special wrap" which is supposed to contain grilled lamb. Instead it contained a chopped up burger. No salad or sauce was put on it. The masala fish with chips and naan was also incredibly small. Around a quarter of the size of a portion of chips you get from other establishments. The actual burger we did order arrived dry, with no sauce and no salad, and seemed to have been reheated in a microwave as the texture was really bizarre. By far the worst takeaway I have ever...
