Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Burnley

This place is so friendly and warm. The staff are always polite. Clean tables and when we come here, it's a place where we can socialise and let our troubles go. This is not just a coffee house, it's a place where we can meet other regulars, have a chat and relax. Always friendly, clean and always a good reception from the staff. Love this place. For me, my partner died in December and together we visited here, now she is gone, this is my safe haven and a place I can socialise with others, somewhere I can get out away from missing my partner and remember our times here together. Good place to sit and relax after shopping upstairs. Coffee is always the usual great Costa standard. Food, though, is limited - just basic snacks such as toast, Toasted tea cakes, heated up toasties, biscuits etc. Tables are well spaced out and there are some comfy seats and benches. Plenty of room to get a wheelchair round although the entrance can be tricky as it's next to the lift and the corridor to it is narrow. The service area has protective screens. Never normally leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time. I visited Costa this morning whilst doing my weekly food shop, on arrival I noticed the pleasant atmosphere as soon as I entered the door. The staff were so friendly and polite, proving to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to recommendedations.
