Absolutely rank. Took almost a full hour to deliver, and I ordered just under twenty minutes after opening. I wouldn't have minded the wait had the food been any good, which is wasn't. Far from it. Quite possibly some of the worst takeaway food I've ever had the misfortune of paying for to eat.

How this place has survived as long as it has is only because it's open until 2am for all the degenerate pissheads stumbling out of the pubs and clubs at the weekend. Avoid at all costs. If I'm ill later today or in the ensuing days I'll have no doubt as to what has caused it. I only ate some of it because I'd paid for the privilege and was famished. I know never to go back. The only positive is that the phone manner was good when I called to find out why we were waiting so long for this barely fit for human consumption provender.

This review is not about food. Its about service. And not appreciating being shouted at down the phone by a member of staff when we were calling to enquire about our order. This used to be our go-to Pizza place, and the food is most of the time, great. We asked in notes if the pizza could be made extra saucy... not an unreasonable request, its a request we always make, and there usually isn't a problem. We had our order repeatedly cancelled and when we phoned to enquire we were shouted at down the phone about how they don't do freebies. WE have no idea why they would think like that, we weren't exactly asking for freebies... (a bit of extra sauce on a pizza hardly costs the world here). Besides the request, thats not a reason to decline an order and shout at someone down the phone. Thats just...

Ordered food via Just Eat and took 1 hour 35 mins to come. I rang the takeaway 40 mins after the order was placed and they said the driver has already set off. The driver was gone for almost an hour and the food was obviously going to be cold etc. I rejected it and told them to take it back and give me a refund and the driver said it’s “normal” for food deliveries to take over an hour and a half to come, which of course isn’t true. When I told them their service was poor and was going to leave a review, one of the workers mentioned to me the owner said he won’t give me a refund (because i’m leaving a bad review). Overall, awful service and dishonest people....
