One of my regular haunts. The best selection of continental beers and local craft ales in Burnley, nowhere else has anywhere near this variety for miles around. Reasonable prices and great friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you like German Weissbiers they've got one of the best ones ever on draft 'Weihenstephaner' plus many more bottled options in the fridge 🍺👍

Very good pub if you're a fan of 'proper' beer. Very good selection of Belgian beers that aren't at completely eye-watering prices. Atmosphere is good and staff are friendly. It does get busy and loud at weekends though ... I can't, in good conscience, knock a star off for that though just because it not 'my' thing.

Great Pub, visited on holiday. Parked on multistory over the road. Friendly Hosts and Regulars, Ruby doing the rounds regularly 🐶. Fans visit during ⚽ season Staff gave Positive feedback about it. Five to Ten minute walk to Turfmoor for ⚽.

The Bridge Bier Huis is an iconic place in Burnley! I'm a beer lover, and I enjoy going there because of all the beer options they have. You'll be able to find beers from all over Europe as well as some good English ales. I prefer Porter's, and it's one of the only places in Burnley I can find them. I never had food here, so I can't comment on it. It's the best start for a good night out in Burnley. The price I've put...

Great atmosphere, cracking drinks, sadly inside it is far too loud for me.

As age has taken it's toll on my hearing I find I cannot tell what people are saying in noisy places.

Tea time on a Friday is one such, even when I have my hearing aids set for voice in noise I can't easily cope.

Sad really.

Acoustic tiles on the ceiling would help fix it...and with no smoking would not need cleaning so much.

But it is still...

Never been before and will definitely be returning. Recently moved to the area so have been waiting for recommendations re a good ale house and this did not disappoint. Very good choice of beer with varying strengths and priced properly. Also stayed for food which was tasty and, like the drinks, priced properly. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere and overall a very good...
