Subway — Restaurant in Burtonwood and Westbrook

Where to start 🤔 called in around 6:40pm on Thursday 10/7 to grab a sandwich but unfortunately nothing much left apart from chicken, salami and cheese. The issue however was the young girls serving. Not at all helpful, really shitty customer service and actually acted like she didn’t want to serve anyone. There was nothing in the display, no sauces etc, like they were already clearing things away, which is fine but no help or info either. There was only a few choices of bread out. It was definitely a lets clear up and finish attitude. A guy was waiting patiently behind me and wasn’t told there was a limited menu. They just let him wait and when he asked iif there was something in particular he got a sharp No, nothing else. There was no change in gloves, and the whole experience left me quite agitated. Shocking...

We called in for lunch today, my husband ordered a ham salad, I ordered a salad with meatballs, I asked for the meatballs to be put in a tub, when we got to the till, we were overcharged by £1 we didn't have crisps, or any drinks, we were also charged a further 30 pence for extra cheese, we did not ask for extra cheese, our order came to almost £10 which is a blatent rip off! I had 3 meatballs in a tub, which was half full, the meatballs were cold! When we complained at the till about being overcharged by £1.30 the manager (a lady with dark long hair) was very loud and shouted "house rules" at us! 😳 Needless to say we will not be returning again and we are in awe of their lack of customer service skills, in fact we found the whole experience,...

Just really poor apothethic service. Visited at 6:30 pm on Friday evening (open till 8pm) and the server let a pair of customers pay, and once sitting down declared that they were “take out only” - place was empty, no signage or indication of this fact.

We paid for our sandwiches and drinks, had quite a lot to carry (given now we can’t sit in to eat) - paid on card and once done that asked if I could have a bag - 10p charge - which I don’t mind, but tell me before we pay when you can see we have a handful of stuff.

Just poor. British apathetic service...
