Had early dinner with my wife today. We ordered popaddoms, king prawn butterfly as starters, lamb tikka masala, karahi lamb, plain naan and fried rice as our main dishes. Every item was good quality and tasty. Though we were not sure that they were India authentic. The dish stood out the meal was Karahi Lamb. Costwise, we enjoyed 20% off our total bill, it was really a good deal. We will definitely visit again to enjoy the 20% off offer.

They might have been too busy, as there were two large parties, but my samosa was hot outside, cold inside, which is quite inappropriate. The saag gosht was ok, a bit small compared to the large balti portions others were getting.

Brilliant Indian food - succulent tandoor meats, balanced and punchy curries, breads were on point, generous portions, and booze is amazing value. Coming from someone who lives on Brick Lane, Bury is lucky to have this place!

This is by far the best restaurant I have been to. My family have spent nearly every birthday there and always go on Christmas day, September 2016 I had a 16th birthday meal with 50+ guests and the food arrived at pretty much the same time which is exceptional.

The staff are very welcoming and amazing with my autistic brother Jaike who is 6 and can be challenging at times. (Update: we went for his 7th birthday, there's a young waiter (who I still haven't found the name of) who is always great with him. Interacting with Jaike when he wants to and leaving him alone when he doesn't want to talk - Jaike always looks forward to high-fiving him).

I have tried nearly ever curry on the menu and have never been let down by the quality (Update: if you try anything, try a tandoori sizzler - absolutely gorgeous!).

You can always ring and order your food and go and collect if you don't fancy eating in or take any leftovers home in a doggy bag).

I would wholly recommend to anyone who wants amazing food, at a great price, served by friendly people in a relaxed environment.

Love,...

I am from Ohio, though I've lived here 20 years. I'm trying to get over my chicken-korma-is-safe thing. I told the waiter that I wanted something with lamb and mild. I said "If Korma is 1 and Vindaloo is 10, I want 3." He said he'd ask the chef to make a lamb bhuna, but mild.

It was gorgeous!

I had a pre-meal cognac, poppadom, onion bahjis, the lamb bhuna, and vegetable pakora, followed by kuhlfi (Indian ice cream), along with a half liter of the house wine (very nice!) for less than £40. And everyone was ever so nice. Couldn't do enough for me.

Absolutely lovely and perfect. I...

Heard good things a out this place. Food was ok, not the best I've had. Plates were passed across my face to others on the table which I thought was strange. Seemed like it was full of locals as we were stared at all the way to our table and a while after. Curry was a bit too gravy-like unfortunately. Desert was premade and stored in the freezer and texture was like it had gone off. There was six of us and three of us didnt enjoy our pudding. Nice complementary shot of spirit at the end of the night was a nice touch, never had this anywhere else before. However, I dont think...
