Thai Sawaddee — Restaurant in Calderdale

This is a little known gem of a place in Brighouse....I have plassed this place every day going to the shops as I live very close...always thought it was like a cafe ( sorry to be blunt). but today decided with my sister to venture in...and sooooo pleased we did...the food is amazinging; fresh ; tasty ; morish...we had set menu for 2. just switched one main dish as I dont like ginger dishes they were very accommodating staff...friendly too..No alcohol though...not a problem...diet coke it was ..will definitely be visiting again and recommend...

I alternate between the two Thai takeaways in Brighouse. The small town is lucky to have both. My takeaway from Thai Sawaddee was delivered on time and arrived hot. The app was easy to use and I found portions to be a good size (the fried rice dish offered enough and some left-overs). £3 delivery fee seems steep for the local area (less than 2-miles away) but additional charges e.g., service fee / bag fee are not uncommon with most eateries. Remember spicy really does mean spicy....

A myriad of flavour all under one roof. Personally, I go for vegan options but there are many meat based meals to choose from. Chefs cook in an open kitchen . Very clean and the the products look very fresh each time I visit. If you're eating in it's small, I think you need to bring your own alcohol but that just saves money and means you get the exact drink you want, rather than settling for a menu option.
