While the restaurant's authentic Turkish cuisine may be appealing, its overall experience falls short due to limited space, underwhelming service, and a price that doesn't align with the overall quality. The cramped dining area creates an uncomfortable and rushed atmosphere, making it difficult to enjoy a leisurely meal. Additionally, the service is often slow and inattentive, leaving patrons feeling neglected. Furthermore, the price of the food doesn't justify the overall dining experience. While the flavors are authentic, the preparation and presentation lack finesse, and the portions are not particularly generous. Consequently, the restaurant fails to provide a value proposition that warrants its pricing.

In order to improve the restaurant's overall experience, it should consider expanding its dining area to create a more comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, staff training should be implemented to enhance the level of service and attentiveness to customer needs. Finally, the restaurant should consider reevaluating its pricing to ensure it aligns with the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. By addressing these shortcomings, the restaurant can hope to attract and retain a loyal...

AVOID at all cost, SCAMMING customers:

I went today and ordered Panini with Salad as shown on the menu. Did not get any salad, I politely asked, if I could get Salad, he said they don't give customer Salad. When I showed the Owner the menu, he said his menu was wrong! This is the same menu outside the shop; anyone could see and decide if they come in. It is not about Salad only. The Owner was Rude and Angry, never had such a hostile answer to the basic request. I am sure I was also overcharged for Baklava, something I did not want to bring up. The quality of food is 2/10. If you want to spend your hard-earned money to get substandard food with customer service from Hell, visit this place. I would even send my worst enemy to this place. Deeply regrets spending 19 pounds on 2 panini when I could have paid 1/2 of that money to get excellent food from any of the lovely Mill Road restaurants/cafes instead...

Very nice small place on the mill road. While being so time it has a huge amount of charm. Stuff was friendly, menu for drinks was simple and clear. One of the best things for me that they highlight their vegan options. It was a nice day, made an order and sat outside. Everything was brought out to me with a smile. I have had a Turkish coffee and a piece of baklava. Complementary piece of Turkish delight came with coffee. Sweets were simple looking, tasty and as far as I could tell authentically made. I enjoyed Turkish coffee very much. It was somewhat thicker than usual americano with a bit of a texture. Served in a nice puzzle like decorated cup and similar plate. It is certainly a place to go and enjoy a bit of a middle Eastern reception....

Cafe Blue Sage is a lovely, tiny cafe ideal for brunch. All food, including the juices, is freshly prepared, but the wait never feels long. The place has a very cosy and welcoming atmosphere, very pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious. As I said, everything is freshly made, so depending on what hour you get there there might be some limitations to what you can order. However, the owner is an extremely kind man, and will make changes so that the limitations don't affect the quality or quantity you pay for (for example, on my Borek he put a portion of cous cous to make up for the lack of green salad). There are options for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Check it out if you can, you won't be disappointed.

Really cute little cafe that did the most beautiful Mediterranean breakfast. We ordered the mixed menemen and the suçuk menemen, which came with some pitta bread, and it was so flavourful and a really good sized portion. Service was lovely and the seating areas were small and intimate in the best way. Would definitely recommend and would come here again on the next visit. We also ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice and Turkish coffee, the latter came with a Turkish delight and once again everything tasted very fresh and well made.
