EDIT: Incredible logic: I pay £60, receive missing ingredients, you send replacements, and then the customer is at fault! Pure brilliance. It’s impressive how a business can sell food but struggle with common sense. For a place that sells ‘gourmet’ burgers, frozen, blackened meat is laughably far from it! False advertisement at its finest. 1. Both of the king burgers in my order were missing the chutney. I sent photos at the time, which showed this. 2. On the phone, your staff admitted they could see the chutney missing and offered to replace the burgers — I did not demand this, it was offered to me. Previous reviews even shows that it’s not the first time your chef has forgotten ingredients in a burger maybe look to train them again. 3. I did not “happily accept free food.” I had already paid almost £60 for the order and simply wanted what I paid for. 4. The repeated messages I received afterwards accusing me of lying and threatening me were completely uncalled for and very upsetting. No customer deserves to be harassed after spending their money. 5. As for your claim that I was a “new customer” I have ordered many times before, sometimes under different email addresses or relatives may have ordered, but always to the same home address. You can change an email, but the delivery address stays the same, let’s use some logic here. How did I know the king burger did not taste like normal?Because I ordered it many times before. Seems like running a burger joint and using your brain at the same time is asking too much. Rather amusing. Lastly, it’s obvious the real issue here is that you regret giving me the replacement. I paid for my food, you got it wrong, fixed it, and now you’re angry about it — that’s on you, not me. Keep crying, you lost our money I’m actually so disappointed with this place, it’s made me now stop being a loyal customer with them. Be careful when you complain about their mistake. I ordered around £57 of food, two king burgers and other burgers/chips etc. I took a few bites of the king burger and something tasted/bland different. I asked my friend who also loves the burgers from this place and said they missed the ‘red chutney’. I contacted the restaurant which they asked me to provide photos, which I did. It SHOWED the red chutney missing in there. They even said on the phone they saw it was missing and the chef never forgets, which I believed, as I never had an issue with the chutney missing in the past! They kindly said they will bring us two king burgers to replace the ones missing the chutney, by that time the burger was half eaten and we threw them in the bin as we wanted to save our appetite for the burgers we actually paid for. The delivery driver came and asked for the original burgers back to ‘show the chef’ which we were shocked as they were thrown, he called the owner up and then agreed to give us the bag of the replacement. We were happy to eat the burgers we paid for and finally relax after that issue, to which I get harassed with numerous of texts to tell me I was ‘lying’ ‘why did I do this’ that they ‘checked cctv and the chutney was put in both the burgers’ they will ‘report me to Just Eat’. That I was ‘lying from being a customer, no previous orders appeared on my address’ The messages I received afterwards left me shocked. It completely killed my appetite, I couldn’t even eat the replacement! Pointless. To accuse a loyal customer of lying over something so small is insulting. I could have forgiven a mistake with the missing chutney, what I can’t forgive is being insulted, accused, and harassed afterwards. I’ve supported this business for years, but this experience has put me off for good. Had they checked their CCTV properly, they would have seen the chutney wasn’t added. And it raises the question: why didn’t they check before sending out the replacement? Instead, I was harassed and disrespected. I’ve now blocked them and will discourage others I know from ordering here. Such a shame — after so many years of loyalty, this experience has made it my last.

Top tip#1: call in the order if you want a the basic classic burger, fries, and milkshake (the total will cost less than the 'Special' burger deal). Otherwise the ordering website will automatically apply the burger deal (£18.99) and will not allow you to refuse. Tip #2: when the ordering website automatically forces you to accept the 'Deal' you will have to call in the order to request the the 15% off a pickup order over £25, says Zesha/Zeshan (the person who took my payment at the counter). For some reason they cannot apply the discount after the web order has been placed.

Walked in on a late Sunday night with a party of hungry 4. The place is well laid out, spacious and very clean. The menu is very classy. The shakes are almost endless in flavours. Ordered a burger with curly fries and pizza too. Rees peanut butter milk shake is to die for. The lads are very friendly and courteous. Would definitely return.

Probably the most awesome burger delivery place ever! They deliver burgers in these really clever boxes so the burgers structural integrity is intact on arrival 😉. The patties are a really good size and thickness, the brioche buns are good, the sauces are great, basically every part of each burger is great. Milkshakes are good to, and the sides are generous, though things like the garlic mushrooms can be a bit small, but very tasty! Chicken and veggie burgers also good, the veggie option is your typical bean offering but with a twist, little more interesting for veggies who are bored of bean burgers. Not actually sure if you can eat at the shop, but from the looks of some of these reviews, maybe? Maybe give your Google listing a bit of love, not that...

Nothing gourmet about their beef burgers....

Ordered 2 burgers with extra cheese, bacon and bbq sauce and chips.

The order arrived much faster than promised, this is the only positive.

Burger patties are not GOURMET, not even decent. Taste and look like frozen patties. My burger also had a small bone in it, the other one had burned bacon. Glad we haven't broken any teeth... As for the chips? Reeking of fish.... should be fried in different fryer.

2 stars for edible food and fast delivery but avoid if u want a nice beef burger.

Their chicken burgers are much nicer.

Ok if you are very hungry but not great if you want a half decent meal.

Also looks lime, based on my few experiences with this restaurant, lots of fake 5 star reviews here and...
