Poor Customer Service from Sean the Manager on duty. On November 14, 2021 at approximately 1430 I was in the Grand Arcade, Cambridge location get an assortment of 6 doughnuts with my family. While the first associate was placing the doughnuts my family selected in to a box, I hear what I thought was the person (Sean) at the register sneeze. I did not see him wash his hands after sneezing. When the first staff member was done placing the doughnuts in the box he handed the box to Sean. I asked Sean, " Hey, did you wash your hands after sneezing and before touching the box of doughnuts?". Sean said, " I did not sneeze, I coughed". After Sean made his statement we both looked at each other for a few seconds, then I did not approach the register, I just walked out of the store with my family and started to go to a different store in the mall. Sean came out of the store and approach my family and I and started asking me why I walked out the store. I explained to Sean that I was not concerned if he coughed or sneezed I just wanted to make sure he washed his hands. Sean kept asking questions but when I walked out the store I was done. I believe Sean is putting himself and your business at risk.
First, If a customer leaves your business, I don't think your employees should go after them and start questioning them. Some customers may not have been as receptive to Sean's questions. If the situation turn to a physical situation, who would be at fault? The customer that left your business or your employee that left the business and followed a customer?
Sean asked that I spell his name correctly because a lot of people incorrectly spell his name.

The young man who served me and my friends was rude from the moment we walked into the store until we left the store. We visited on 20/06/24 at 1:30pm. When i was asked for my order i clearly stated my wishes and was outright ignored, i know this as the worker stated, "i'm being honest i didn't listen to any of that." in a rude and uncaring tone. The reason for his negligence was that he was on his personal mobile phone during work hours, which is highly unprofessional on his part. When preparing my order, another young man walked into the establishment to ask me a question about one of the nearby shops, and the worker felt it was necessary for him to answer this gentleman's question extremely rudely and ignorantly despite him not being asked directly. After 'helping' the young man, the worker then swore under his breath as the young man's first language was clearly not english and he was struggling to ask me a question. This left the young gentleman feeling ashamed and embarrassed.    Read moreI often buy KK doughnuts and I donât really mind that sometimes i donât get the best customer service but one day really annoyed me because i have just been served by the rudest staff. I went to buy doughnuts at nearly 6pm i think that was 11 October wednesday, so probably nearly closing time. I was pointing on the glass for my order and i think that is normal. Also I didnât realise i was. He was very upset and saying hands off from the glass. He did not say it kindly or even bother to explain that He probably have cleaned it already. i get that but the way he talked to me was really unkind. Maybe next time you should put a warning on the glass saying hands off the glass so you wonât have to offend customers. Also while i was telling him my order he was so rude and sarcastic saying we donât have honey glazed. But what i really mean is original glazed and i think he gets that already coz there is other doughnut that ends with glazed. He was not smiling seemed upset the whole time and when it was time to pay just left the machine to be tapped and left me as he went to another customer. Really annoying.
