McDonald's — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I use the drive thu service occasionally to grab the kids a "quick" tea and every single time I am met with unnecessary delays caused by complete incompetence. Today I sat in a long queue and when I finally reached the order point, a female voice told me to drive to window 1 to order. The two vehicles behind proceeded to order their food before I could even reach window 1 to order mine! When I finally reached window three, guess what? Please can you park up and watch in agony as the cars behind you get their order ahead of you!!!! 25 minutes in total to get a basic order. When the food finally arrived I asked to speak to the manager who was already sat outside. When I asked for her name she refused to give it me!!!! Not once did she ask what was wrong, how she could be of assistance or how she could fix my issue!! I would suggest that the complete incompetence shown by this so called manager is the reason the rest of the staff are incompetent. When I finally got home, guess what?? If someone told you that this is the worst McDonalds in The World… you’d easily believe it

the majority of staff, are either so demoralised, just don’t give a… have no common sense or have simply given up on life already even though still a teenager (or early 20s)

i would love to know how the majority of team leaders/ shift managers have managed to achieve senior positions, i’ve never know such an ignorant rude bunch…

the way they treat the delivery drivers is just disgusting… rude, ignorant and barely acknowledge the drivers

people, if you’re food is cold/ takes 50 mins to arrive, it’s the restaurants fault not the driver… if you ever go inside you can often see a number of drivers waiting to collect, and often have to point out at staff that the order has just been dumped on the racks, would be so simple for someone to call out the order number or ask the drivers what order they’re waiting for

never ever order from Uber, the food gets made straight away irrespective of whether there is an available driver, at least with Just Eat the food is prepared when the driver arrives, alas this still won’t prevent any lengthy time delays due to the sheer incompetence of the franchise

July 21 Was2 stars. Had to wait along time for the food to come out which meant the ice cream and milk shake were melting whilst in the parking bay. They forgot 1 portion of fries that was missing. The fries were undercooked and soggy. The chicken salad was not nice at all. It didnt look nice and didn't taste fresh. The crispy chicken was of poor quality. The spicy vegetarian wraps are very spiced- be warned. Not the best Macdonald's experience we've had. UP DATED NOV 21 down to 1*. Went twice over the weekend. Twice cars behind me ended up in front of me ? Food and service have not improved since last time. Food was overly greasy and slopped together.
