Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

Staff don’t have a clue and aren’t interested in solving anything and have no interest in helping . Was waiting at the till for 7 minutes to finally be acknowledged and told she was wiping down shelves in the back and would be with me as soon as she could . When she finally got there I was charged more than their poster said for the meal deal ! She finally worked out I must have chosen the wrong cake with my hot drink so I changed it . This time it was a different price but still over the deal price. She didn’t know why she had to go with what the till said. So that was that , I paid the higher price. Not impressed with whole attitude I asked who to complain to. Her reply was to shrug and say look for a manager on the shop floor!!! Awful. They have a sign saying they do a gluten intolerance breakfast and then said they aren't doing it because they have nothing out. I asked for them to just change the sausages for more bacon on a normal breakfast as I can't have sausages nor bread, they said no and that I'd have to "create my own breakfast" where its 99p for every peice of food. They said they'd get me some gluten free bread and never brought it out. I was quite litteraly served a meal fit for a 5 year old for the same price as a breakfast containing gluten. Breakfast was the best, bacon was almost cold, so when I informed staff member I was asked if I wanted it reheating ?? to which I replied no thanks, I would prefer a fresh lot, when the staff member brought it, she said “it should have been warm as it is kept in a hot draw” basically questioning my judgment, I mean if it’s cold it’s cold, it should be changed without question surely!
