The Crispy Cod — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

We have ordered regularly for long time and had no issue until last week. Made an order had to chase as over an hour. Told lack of drivers but be on way. Another 40mins still no order. On calling them and cancelling order was told could do now. Nearly 2.5 hrs after original order. Received rude responses on asking for cancellation. Ordered via their website. Tried to get money back and it’s been declined. So no food but had my money. On chasing today direct with shop hung up on me. So if you’re want your money stolen from you, then go ahead and use these. It very poor customer service and shocking actions from pied piper. Never put them down as thieves. The food was never made, never sent out or received so why keep my money?? Basically that is theft. Avoid at all costs if I were you. I will never use these again which is a shame as we are supporters of local business-but not if this is how you get treated. Beware and if you use, use...

Can't describe in words how useless they are second time they have messed up our order night i had to go to the chippy after spending £28 on food for them to get it wrong and the food wasnt even hot to get my money back for the rubbish food they brought out i wouldnt even give them half a star and the staffs incompatance n then rudness because they are incapable of simple orders is disgusting to be honest, never...

Really disappointed..... was the best chippy in cannock chips and curry spot on sausages were good......burgers were OK but the kebab was drenched in grease and as soon as I opened it I threw it away.....also 2 out of 3 workers wernt wearing masks..........I like the owner he's a great guy but it's an honest review.... deffo retry in the future though because I know how good...
