I popped into the newly reopened Plough & Harrow Hill Top over their opening weekend, and I have to sayâitâs had a truly impressive transformation. Under new ownership, the place has been beautifully refurbished with a fresh, welcoming feel that still manages to keep the charm of a great local.
The opening weekend had a brilliant buzz, helped along by some fantastic entertainment and a real sense of community spirit. It was great to see so many familiar faces enjoying themselves, and the atmosphere was spot on.
The staff deserve a special mentionâthey were warm, attentive, and clearly working hard to make everything run smoothly. Even with a packed house, they kept everything on track and made everyone feel welcome.

I did eat it as didn't mind either way and it was very bland. My partner had smothered chicken and he also said it was very bland and chicken was...
