Heard some good things about this place, however it did not live up to the hype. I was between appointments in Canterbury and decided to pop in for a coffee which was OK. Seeing as the company roasts its own coffee I was expecting better, it wasnt bad coffee it was just OK and I expected more I think.
Staff were not really friendly even though it was quiet and didn't seem to have the passion for coffee that their social media has.
Its a little tricky to find and think there are much better places for coffee within a short distance.

It is set in an ancient, characterful building close to the cathedral.
Happily, the owners have resisted the urge to formulate a brightly lit tourist trap and have instead, taken the time to create a coffee shop with a beautiful ambiance, kind staff and quality ingredients.
Prices are reasonable and the quality and colour of the cups and plates speaks of an attention to detail and care for their customers.
