HatHats Coffee Herne Bay Station — Restaurant in Canterbury

Won’t be buying from here again. Having previously bought coffees here on my commute to London at 7am this morning I just needed somewhere warm to sit and send some emails and the waiting areas on the platform are still out of use. When I asked the girl working if I could use the WiFi she said I couldn’t have it as it was for paying customers and actually I couldn’t sit in the cafe seating area either because that is just for paying customers too. Despite telling her I bought a £4 coffee yesterday and no other people were sitting in there, she said it doesn’t work like that. Not friendly nor considerate of commuting...

I always get lovely service from Emma and the staff at Hat Hats here. It’s so nice that Herne Bay Station has a good cafe with such a variety of drinks and food because it makes the train journey so much nicer. 5 stars and...

About time a reliable and good coffee shop arrived at the station. Very friendly staff, reward card and great selection of products.
