Menu is a bit confusing when you look at it first time. For example, from the top in pizzas menu it has choice of pizza base, but doesn't have prices written there for different options, so you get the impression that the price is same for all. Then you have a list of set options for toppings and prices for them. You order one, and they ask for a bit more than what you think you will pay. You pay thinking that you must have made a mistake. Then you look at the menu again to find out where you went wrong reading the menu. It's same, no mention of price difference for bases, just price for different size pizzas by toppings. Then you look further down, and there is another menu for stuffed crust pizzas, which has same format level as pizzas menu - red background showing start of a new menu, and same font as a top level menu, giving the impression that it is not a sub menu of pizzas menu. This sub menu, that looks like a main menu section has the prices of different bases at the bottom of the toppings list. It feels like you didn't read the small print for a contract before signing it. Menu could be a bit clearer, separating the two steps, on the top, a section to choose a pizza base and know its price, then follow the next step to add the price...

They have some strange rules, you can order 2 pizzas with 3 toppings each, but they seemingly put these topping on at random. Because of this I had a sausage and anchovy pizza, which wasn't what I wanted. Upon complaining that the pizza was wrong I was told that I was the one in the wrong. Instead of putting down 6 toppings in the order that you want them, they should give you the choice of picking which pizza you would like to have what topping. This is not hard to do and would save a lot of agro. I was refused when I asked to replace my pizzas, no refund or exchange was given and they hung up on me.

Not very happy with my experience with 'la friends' because they are in fact not very friendly at all. I had ordered a pizza for my boyfriend and I had got the house number wrong but we had given our phone number and told them to call when he got outside. The driver called me and I obviously apologised for the inconvenience. He was so rude to me and when I gave him the right address he didn't drive down the road and I had to run down the road in the pouring rain. He didn't even get out the car. I had to walk up to the door and collect it myself. I will NEVER order...
