Pops Jerk — Restaurant in Canterbury

Such a shame after wanting to try pops jerk for such a long time we did an order today via their app at 6.20 for delivery and nothing turned up. After waiting for nearly 2 hours and ringing them constantly for over half an hour I put a complaint in to their app company they also tried to get in touch with them with no success eventually they gave me a refund as they also thought that nothing would arrive and nothing did. Ordered 2 lots of chicken one jerk one fried sweet potato fries and normal fries. Possibly the worst fried chicken I've ever had 3 small bits watery no coating and soggy he put in same box as jerk so was spicy which i dont like. He forgot the sweet potato fries but still charged £16 for just that. So glad we saw the shop sign on the high street as the curry goat was so delicious. Very friendly staff, large portions made me feel like I was on holiday again in the Carribean.
