KFC — Restaurant in Canton

Good evening, fellow earthlings. Ladies and gentleman of whom it may concern when deciding whether to purchase an item from this food outlet.

I took a trip to my local KFC after consultation with friends over social media on a substantial meal for this evening. The vote casted on KFC - side note recreating a sequel of this is going no where!

When arrived at this establishment, in the comfort of my car as I can legally drive. Sub note, not full disclaimer. The pricing was in adequate for the evening ahead. Whilst not trying to create a Star Wars reference which I truly admire, I placed my order. The staff member at this time appeared to be female, now again appeared not to be sexist by this was a cognitive decision based on the person's tone and pitch of voice. When retrieved by food the food was incredibly poor, as one adjective. I could write more on the inadequate product giving to me. Waiting for a lengthy time whilst listening to great music of my choice the wait was clearly the significant measure of the poor service. I suppose you pay what you get, in this case not Burger King and sweat but more of KFC and stupidity.

Absolutely awful. Took ages to get served as everyone was more interested in the home delivery side of the business. After eventually being served I waited patiently for my fast food order. Unfortunately it wasn't fast. When it eventually did arrive my burger arrived with cheese. An item I requested not to be in my food. Let's try again. Oh let's miss up again. Maybe third time lucky. Woo hoo success. One burger without cheese. Pity the chips were stone cold. I know the chicken is called original recipe but I didn't think I would be getting an actual piece from the original restaurant though.

Shocking experience from start to finish. Staff were more interested in the time I was there with the home deliveries. Hopefully the gentleman that was constantly back and forth the counter complaining leaves a similar review.

Definitely won't be returning anytime...

Service was slow and staff seemed more interested in talking to friends than serving people. One staff member even provided a friend with free food whilst there was a queue waiting. Bins were full to overflowing, there were no serviettes, some of the tables were dirty with spillages and leftover food and the floor wasn't much better. We were going to say something but the man behind us was evidently more shocked than we were and so pointed everything out. A man then came and cleaned and service sped up but it wasn't the most pleasant experience. It's a shame as we love KFC but it does seem as though the place has gone downhill since we last visited. I wouldn't say don't go there as it might have been a bad night but I would say to be aware that it might not be the experience you...
