Update 28/5/25 About a week ago I was in Greggs, when suddenly as I was about to be served, as I was standing at the front of the queue, I started to feel unwell. So there i was holding a baguette and a bottle of Pepsi Max, and before I knew it, I had taken a seizure. I didn't know how long I was 'OUT ' for, probably 3 minutes, but I was OK. I use Just Eat a lot when I am in the office so therefore being local I order from Greggs - Denton Holme. The last four times the order has been wrong and today is the final straw - I ordered a cheese and onion bake and a pack of yum yums via Just Eat - I received a packet of cheese and onion crisps and the yum yums - really do you think I would pay £3.49 for a packet of crisps to be delivered yes I would for their bakes but not crisps but I now have to get a refund from Just Eat when the mistake was the order picker at Greggs as I have spoken to them. Four staff only one serving queue ten mins didn't move, watch two people before me walk out without food then my turn, enough us enough, if a customer is in your premises it should be a priority to serve them , they after quick convenient food, not hanging around until you wipe floors stock fridges, talk amongst yourself put out tables and chairs anything apart from giving the customer food, pathetic never again, and the food average, three other sandwiche shops and a chippy in area go...
