I have been very impressed by the service we have received from Donaldson's in the past two years. When we first visited the showroom we were greeted in a friendly manner by Shell and she listened patiently and attentively as we explained what we were looking for, before spending at least an hour with us in the showroom. She answered all our questions and went to a great deal of effort to show us what was available. Once we selected the items we liked the most, Shell made it clear to us how long the delivery period might be, so that we were under no false illusions. She kept in touch with us during the waiting period which followed and was always clear about the reasons for this.

We were most impressed by her professional attitude, expert knowledge and gentle advice, that, one year later we have, today, met with Shell and ordered another item.

I wish to add that we were also very pleased with the two young men who delivered. They were polite, cheerful, helpful and quiet as they went about their work in a most professional manner.

Donaldsons provide an absolute first class experience from the first time we came into the showroom until our suite was delivered. We were looking to buy a new sofa and chair. There was a great selection of styles and colours at the showroom. Tony took us through the options without putting any pressure on us to buy. We chose the seating we wanted and the colour scheme we wanted. Donaldsons kept us informed about the purchase, and delivery times. The actual delivery was great and the guys took great care in setting everything up for us. A big thanks to all at Donaldson's for a truly five star service. Would we use Donaldsons again? Absolutely. Would we recommend them?...

The vinyl flooring bought for the bedroom from Donaldson's a few months ago looks really good, but I have noticed it feels spongy under foot around the old hearth, so disappointed by the fitting advice from Donaldson's given the costs involved. (Indeed, I'm not convinced now about what virtue vinyl flooring has over laminate or other types of wood flooring in most of the house where water isn't usually...
