A perfect night out as always! Aspera is the best restaurant I've ever visited without a doubt! The food is superb and delicious! The staff are friendly, attentive and make you feel so welcome and are so friendly! And the cocktails and bar drinks and crafted to such a high standard!

We arrived to a fully booked out restaurant the day before new years eve and from start to finish had a fantastic experience! We were greeted at the door very politely and seated immediately.

It was a date night for 2 (the restaurant is an amazing and luxurious experience for a date or romantic evening). We got an halloumi starter and lamb kofte (lamb meatballs) both were cooked beautifully. The lamb in particular melted in our mouths!

For mains we got the seafood pasta and rib eye steak. I have previously had the fillet steak on another visit and it was the most melting and delicious steak I've ever had in my life! So I still had high expectations for the £5 cheaper rib eye.... and I was not dissapointed! Now, I have my steaks cooked medium, which makes it even more amazing they were able to keep it so tender inside, but they did!

Throughout the night we ordered various cocktails to try and each was made perfectly! Also, something to point out would be that most restaurants will charge you £8-£10 for a standard cocktail. This restaurant charges the same price with most drinks and makes them to such a high high standard! One drink in particular that blew me away was the smoked-japanese father! WOW this drink was incredible! It is a mix of Japanese whiskey, liqueur, and a special syrup they make in house. They also smoke apple wood and seal the drink inside a glass some with the smoke. It smells divine and fills the whole restaurant when released (yes there was a lot of staring but I was so focused on the smell and taste I didn't care). The drink itself tastes very much like a strong, sweet rich honey or spiced whiskey, but has very very little burn to it (and not does it make you drunk quick!). For only £15 this was well well worth the price tag for such an elegantly made and deliciously smelling and tasting drink!

Will always love this restaurant beyond all others and will be happy to visit...

Well priced for the experience most mains are around £20, high quality food and the free starter bread was really nice, for desserts I ordered the tiramisu and it was by far the best tiramisu I've ever had better than when I went to oblix! The only thing I didn't like was the starters, they were good but I personally didn't like anything on that menu but I am a picky eater but the menu seemed very diverse, toilets looked nice and luxurious and was clean, parking was free If you park on nearby residential streets or a paid one near harvester, when I booked I told them its a birthday and as a nice gesture they gave me a birthday plate with a scoop of ice cream with a candle in it and sung happy birthday this was genuinely one of the sweetest things I've seen in a restaurant it was overall a great experience and worth the money, I have already made another much larger booking and they have let me have half the restaurant for it, the waiters were very kind and patient too, this is a great place for a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary, the wine was well priced too.

GLUTEN FREE SUFFERER I cannot recommend this enough to go and try there good choice of gluten free food .. the chef Mahmot even adapted a couple of the choices I wanted , for example the rice he took out the noodles as I couldn’t eat them , and I couldn’t eat raw tomatoes so I had this amazing cooked tomatoes and spinach as a side dish with tastes that were added which were unbelievable ... all the chicken is gluten free and wow what a taste .. As fellow sufferers you will understand that genuinely eating out can be quite boring ... well this was a class of its own .. I can’t leave out the lovely waitress Courtney , nothing was to much trouble , I can only drink water , no alcohol, she always made sure my glass was never empty , the attention to detail and making us feel we was the most important people in the restaurant .. she constantly asked the chef mahmot to double check what I could and couldn’t eat , no stone was left unturned .. will certainly be going back again very soon Well done aspera , was a refreshing...

Wow!!! Great food and delicious cocktails! We were a group of 3 couples catching up for the first time in months, and this place was ideal. We ordered forst drinks very quickly and initial service was speedy - actually perfectly timed between starter and mains too. The keftoco was amazing as were the spinach and feta pastries. However, the main guy went on a break I think because we had to call the waiter over to order round 2 and 3 of drinks. We were given a free shot of our choice at the end which was a nice touch- reminds me of authentic Mediterranean restaurants. No loud or live music but they definitely should have that on occasions. They only do 2 sitting times on a saturday: 6.30 or 8:30 and we paid £10/ head deposit to secure the booking.

We turned up 30 mins before our reservation was warmly greeted and told we could go straight to our table if we like. Perfect! Ordered a Chocolate Expresso Martini and the Strawberry Cheesecake cocktails lovely. Then the most amazing flat bread with garlic and Chilli dips turned up. For starters we had the Shrimps and Hummus both very good. Mains Monkfish and Mousaka both was very good. The mains are big portions so don’t get piggy on starters if you’re not big eaters lol. Very friendly great atmosphere the blonde woman that was looking after us for the evening was brilliant could not have been anymore helpful
