This McDonald’s used to be really good, now they always make mistake with orders and service is extremely slow- managers have no power to help when “mistakes” are made.
I Ordered a click and collect today it took 20mins wait once I got to the car park. When I got home there were three burgers missing. I tried to use the bot to report - all the bot did was allow me to report it and sent me an email to confirm what I had typed - nothing in regards to what would happen with my complaint. I called the store - the only way they could refund me was if I go back to the store, this would be at my cost. They would not get items delivered to me. The 2 (maybe managers) would not give me their names or staff IDs, so that I could have a record of the call. This is due to GDPR, However if I was in the store I would see their names on their badges?
This has happened a few times before, but I didn’t report it as it was usually a small item, but 3 main items missing surely is more then mistake.
They blame the app - however it is called the McDonald’s app - so you would have thought that as I had paid through the app, then they could refund me through the app. But according to them the app is not them and they can’t do this.
They are thieves - I wonder how many people that they have done this to, and how much money that they have made.
Don’t order from them or at least make sure you double check everything...

After telling multiple customers to park in the same bay, when the food eventually arrived, the guy obviously mixed up orders so took it all back to sort out then a number of minutes later brought food back for 1 car at a time. We noticed that my order was missing the 2 burgers and 2 apple pies so notified the staff member who went away again for several minutes before returning with another bag. I complained that the food which we already had would now be cold as they took so long but she was less than interested. At this point, it had been over 14 minutes and I was so fed up so just went home (6 minute journey). Discovered upon opening that had been given just 1 regular big mac burger (so neither grand nor 2 of) and the cheeseburgers were doubles not triples, and of course most of it was stone cold. If there is any management here, please can you organise immediate and comprehensive remedial training for your completely incompetent, inadequate and unhelpful staff??? Avoid at all costs, do yourself a favour and use Uber Eats or Just Eat where you stand a reasonable chance of getting what you ordered in a reasonable time at a reasonable...

How can just eat refund me when I placed the order on MC Donald's app. And when asked with what information should I contact just eat the manager (OANA) asked me to Google the email of just eat. when I saw the faqs on MC Donald's app it says contact the restaurant they'll sort out. And she's saying me to Google it. Simply pathetic. The order number was 002 it shows on the screen and she's sayin refund can't be done ask just eat. Unless I place the order on just eat how will I ask just eat for refund. That doesn't make any sense to me.
