We did the tour and can't recommend it enough for a night out with a difference. There is onsite parking (and a separate package for designated drivers) The price is very reasonable. The tour was around 2 hours, and Zane (founder and tour guide) is super passionate. We tried lots of products and loved them so much we bought 5 bottles!

The company's values are based on passion. Quality (best products from the best ingredients); community (majority of the ingredients are from local suppliers, supporting local business) and sustainability (process at lower temperatures to reduce the environmental impact, refilling bottles and producing very little waste).

I am a bit biased as I learnt about Zane and his team with all the good they do around sustainability and supporting local businesses and charity in Chelmsford and the greater Essex area. However, not as surprised as when wifey gave up a birthday gift to visit the distillery (with her) and sample the raw product. Fantastic and enlightening. DON'T drive there and have a SOUND LUNCH afterwards. 'Big Up!' to Zane from a fellow Hackney turned Essex 'Boy'....and my Dad was absolutely over the moon with his 88th birthday gift....

We participated in a tour and tasting event and it was brilliant! Zane was so knowledgable and his story inspiring. The ethics of the company are amazing, supporting small independent and local wherever possible, with sustainable values at their core. The drinks themselves are something special - you can taste the quality, thought and care gone into every single one. The Pink Jam Gin and Gin-O-Cello were my particular favourites!
