I am beyond disappointed with the service I received. The delivery person claimed they came to my address and tried to contact me, but that is a complete lie. I was home the entire time, and my phone never rang—not even a missed call.

It’s frustrating enough to deal with late deliveries, but outright dishonesty takes things to another level. Not only did they waste my time, but they also left me hungry and scrambling for other options when I had planned ahead. I trusted this service to provide reliable delivery, and instead, I got excuses and fabrications.

Customer service didn’t help much either; they just kept insisting the driver had been to my address without offering a shred of proof or an apology. How hard is it to take accountability?

This experience has completely shattered my trust in this company. A service that lies to its customers doesn’t deserve loyalty. I won’t be using them again, and I’ll be sure to warn others about the lack of professionalism...

When a new pizza place opened on the high street that was not one of the major chains it had to worth giving a go, so we ordered some pizzas online for delivery. A fifty minute wait was quoted and they took all of this and some. The food was hot when delivered, but otherwise disappointing. The thin-crust pizzas had heavy, doughy bases, and whatever sauce and toppings had been applied were completely overpowered by the thick layer of cheese, which I doubt was mozzarella. And, even with the online discount, it cost considerably more than recent similar orders from the majors. Sadly, I can't see us...

Pizza tasted good, however it was missing a topping. The spinach. I paid over £12.00 for a 12 inch pizza, capricosa, which came in slightly smaller than expected for a 12 inch. It more like a 11 inch pizza! But that's okay. However, I was slightly dissappointed about the missing topping. I dont mind a missing topping, if I would have been offered an alternative topping as a replacement for the missing topping or a discount. Or just to be told the spinach wasnt available, or that topping wasnt available. Friendly staff though. Order num...
