I visited this place with my kids, and while the food itself was decent after being reheated, the overall experience was a letdown. We spent over £60, which felt like poor value for money. Honestly, you’d be better off going to GDK. We chose this place because it’s halal and close to Bicester Village, but it turned out to be a very poor and frustrating experience.

We ordered four wraps and a kids’ meal, but the service was appalling. It took over an hour for the food to start arriving, and even then, it came out bit by bit instead of all together. The kids’ meal arrived over an hour later, which was completely unacceptable. On top of that, they got parts of our order wrong, including the drinks, and all the chips were served cold. Just couldn’t believe how such a small order with no people in the shop too could go so badly wrong.

While the food tasted okay after being reheated, the poor service, cold food, and lack of coordination completely ruined the experience. For over £60, I would strongly recommend saving your money and time. It’s simply not worth ever...
