Food Quality

The star of the show at Rustica Bistrot is undoubtedly their pizza. The quality of the pizzas served here is exceptional, boasting authentic flavors and perfectly crafted crusts. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and the use of premium ingredients. Complementing the main course, the side dishes were equally impressive, rounding out a well-balanced and satisfying meal.

As we dined with our children after a day of shopping at Bicester Village, we found the restaurant to be accommodating and comfortable. The relaxed ambiance made it an ideal spot for a family meal, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our food without feeling rushed or out of place.

Outstanding Service

The staff at Rustica Bistrot truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile were evident throughout our visit. From seating us promptly to addressing our needs with a smile, the service was impeccable and added significantly to our positive dining experience.

Well, this isn't going to be good. From the reviews we read (they must of been for a different resturant) before coming we thought we were in for a right treat but unfortunately we were very very wrong.

The waiter who seated us and took our order was brilliant, after that it all went down hill sharpish! The food was about authentic Italian as a halal bacon sandwich. The food was brought to the table then that was it we didn't see the waiters and were unable to get their attention until my plate was taken from me while I was still chewing. The pizzas were like deep pan pizza. The bolognese had about 2g of mince in it, was just tomato spaghetti in essence. The waiter we had after the one who seated us was very unprofessional. After explaining to them our disappointment you would have thought they might of taken a drink off or something but nope. Needless to say we won't be going back and still can't get over the difference from the reviews and our experience. By the time we had got home there was a review posted saying how amazing it was but seems like a bit of a fishy one if you ask me, because they knew i was going to be leaving a review with how bad it was.

Anyway, if you like microwave meals from supermarkets then stack on and come here you will be able to pay way to much for food that should be...

I originally planned to have sashimi rice don, but they were sold out, so when we passed by this place and it smelled quite nice, we decided to give it a try.

They sell something called “pinsa,” and the menu mentions that it’s from Rome and uses a different type of flour compared to regular pizza. We ordered two pinsas, and we could definitely tell that the dough was different from usual—it was crispier and more fragrant. We really liked the Tartufo, made with black truffle. It was special, and you rarely find these flavours elsewhere. However, the Romana wasn’t that great. It had anchovies, olives, and capers, and all three together made it extremely salty! If the Tartufo deserves a 9/10, the Romana would only get a 2/10. Anyway, overall, the food was good, and the service was attentive. Highly recommend!

One downside, though, was the poor ventilation inside the shop. The whole place was filled with smoke, which could definitely...

Ordered from this place and I’m absolutely shocked at the pricing for what you get. £15 for a pizza that looks like it is off the kids menu and to top it off they use canned mushrooms. £5.50 for seasoned CHIPS frozen fries because they’re not even fresh. The pizza also came with ingredients that were not even meant to be on the pizza. The spicy pizza has a piece of canned mushroom and anchovy. That could be extremely dangerous if someone has allergies!! They need to review their prices or improve their skills to match! Will never order again!! Absolute appalling.
