New Mogul Indian Banbury — Restaurant in Cherwell District

Really bad takeaway service. Don't bother to order. We have been ordering throughout the lockdown period as a gesture of loyalty and to support a local business. Once they reopened the restaurant to the public the standards really went down the window. On one occasion it took 1.5 hrs for the delivery to arrive, and that was just after we phoned. Today they left the delivery on our doorstep and didn't bother to ring the bell. We only found out after we phoned them to see where our food was. The manager didn't even offer and apology. He just kept saying they were trying to do their best and hang up the phone. Clearly they don't value customers so we will never order from them again or eat at...

Disappointing to say the least. Where's the flavour? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Glad that we added salt and pepper to ours because that's clearly all the seasoning that went into this food!

The food took nearly two hours to arrive and frankly was rubbish. Four of us ate and we all said that it tasted of nothing, no difference between dishes at all in terms of flavour and the only noticeable different being the different bright colours of the dishes - that should have been the red flag right? 🙄

Small portions, tasteless, mushroom bhaji's that was a fool tray of, mushrooms in garlic (okay then) and an hour late.

I've visited today New Mogul Indian Restaurant. I'd like to say was OK but it wasn't be true, it was amazing. Staff people were friendly, they invited us from the main door to our table. The table was clean and ready for us( everyone would be happy to see it). We've ordered some Indian food. There was 3 of us. Anyone ordered something different but there was one one important thing- DELICIOUS TASTE. It is really difficult to surprise me but tonight.... FIRST CLASS. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS...
