Visit and Taste — Restaurant in Cherwell District

I visited this place for the first time today. Nice, cute little restaurant with wonderful hosts and delicious food. More reviews to come 'coz I am going to frequent this place to try everything on the menu 🤩. I love dumplings in general, so that's always the first thing I try if that's available in a restaurant. Dumplings here were really how I like it. 🤤. The winter tea was quite nice as well.

Update: Have frequented this place now. The same warmth from the hosts, food continues to be delicious, and the ambience continues to be relaxing. 🫠. Add Tomato soup to the list of recommendations too; so good. I know I need to add more, will try to remember names next time.

Update 19.04.25: Anniversary dinner with my wife. What a delicious food and as usual great hosts. Tried cheesecake this time too and it was so good that I had to get one packed for later. Writing this update just after finishing the second cheesecake for the day 🤤

I ordered two meals as take out from this restaurant with sides.

Service - 10/10 The staff at the restaurant were incredibly kind, warm and welcoming even for just a takeaway collection of food. They even included some home made Tomato soup with my order for free (which was possibly the best tomato soup I have ever tasted).

Taste - 9/10 The food was delicious and clearly cooked with pride and love, would absolutely go back again. The food was full of flavour, my eyes were bigger than my belly though - the dishes will fill you up quickly!

Price - 9/10 I felt the prices were good for the quality provided.

Presentation - 10/10 Whilst my dishes were in takeout boxes they still went to the extra effort of adding flourishes to the dish like flowers on the dessert which provided a sense of style and quality to suppliment the meal.
