TERRIBLE SERVICE!

We came in at 11:50am on a bank holiday Monday and ordered on the app, there was 4 of us and only one other table of about 6. Lots was unavailable but we ordered 2 breakfasts, a soup and a piece of cake as well as drinks. They then told us they were out of soup and out of sausages. Half an hour later and we still don’t have any drinks or even the cake so we asked the waitress and she said the system hadn’t picked up on the drinks (but picked up on the food??) so she took the drinks down and went off.

Instead of the soup one of our party then ordered a salad and that came (baring in mind he ordered this about 20 minutes after the initial order) and still no cake or breakfasts. Finally after 35 minutes the breakfasts came and the drinks but still no cake. With the tea they didn’t bring any milk either so had to go off and get that. We had all finished our breakfasts, now at 12:40pm and still didn’t have the cake so one person was just sat there with tea, despite us asking about the cake multiple times. What were they doing, making a cake from scratch?? We finally got the cake at 12:41pm.

If we hadn’t paid we would have walked out. Terrible service, will not be...

I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews, but have Just had lunch here, service was appalling. "Hot" drinks were tepid, wrong food was brought to the table, for my friend, so I ate before her correct food even came Food was only just warm. Coleslaw or sauce in both burgers was far too spicy (not described as spicy on menu). When her correct meal arrived, the chicken breast was cremated. Waiting staff were scruffy, one waitress was wearing dirty/muddy trainers, looked like she'd done a cross country run, to get to work. Customer Service was very poor. Had 4 different members of staff approach our booth & none of them knew what was happening, (no staff communication). Although they soon scarpered when they heard there was a problem, that someone else was apparently dealing with. Will definitely not eat here again, or recommend it to...

Portions small and over priced. Didn't have no pulled pork pizza or burgers. Food came out very slow and not together. 4 Desserts ordered. Had to ask for cutlery. 2 waffles came out but the chocolate pizzas didn't. The waffles had to ate as the chocolate pizzas we're taking forever. Had to complain as 2 children had ate there's and 2 were still waiting. The excuse given was that a chef was training.... on a Friday, bare in mind it wasn't busy thankfully!! In the end after 1/2 hour wait they came out and was told they were taken off the bill and we would recieve 10% off our main bill. Good job the chocolate pizzas were free as there were no bananas as they didn't have any, the strawberries sour, dough under cooked and the marshmallows chucked...
