Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Chichester

I was so disappointed that I chose this cafe! It was absolutely filthy and I mean filthy!! The toilets were dirty and stinking in urine spillages with very dirty hand washing and toileting facility. My husband used the second toilet and there was stale vomit in the sink!!!! The floors and tables of the eatery were dirty and not cleared at least ten tables were like this. Lovely new café that is very relaxing to sit in & that has some really nice friendly staff to serve you, unfortunately my Mocha just resembled warm milk but that will not stop me going back to try something else in the near future, as it has a much better atmosphere than the other Caffé Nero's in South Street with great air conditioning which kept me cool being as the weather outside was boiling hot.

They serve a good range of sandwiches, Panini's, soups, cakes & biscuits as well as various coffee's, tea, milkshakes,...

Welcoming staff and quick service.

On every occasion the staff have been helpful, efficient and polite. I've asked for a suggestion for a drink and one staff member suggested a delicious coffe. Whilst the other staff member caitered for my food, making my service very quick and pleasant.

Even during busy hours (lunch) the service is smooth. Although the queue builds up (as it would) the wait doesn't feel very long. You can see the staff members working and going as fast as they can to help...
