Ordered a fillet tower box meal 8 wings and a mighty bucket for one….
Are my chips and the chicken from the box meal went to eat the fillet tower burger and it was a normal fillet took it to the counter and said sorry I asked for a fillet tower box meal but you’ve given me a fillet….to which I had a reply you ordered a fully loaded, with instant attitude. I said no I ordered a fillet tower…..it all went down hill from there. So the guy said to the people in the back can you make a fillet tower burger. So they hand it to me and I open it up to the same burger with cold cheese and a cold hash brown with no salsa. So I said can you please make a fresh one. He gave the burger back to the guy at the back who then passed him a gutter back to me….the box was boiling at the bollox so I checked again. It was the same burger still no salsa so I knew it was the same one..and had been reheated. I said you’ve reheated this burger you can’t do that in a fast food place the guy at the back that reheated it laughed because he knew I was swear of what they had done.. The guy serving said we put it on the grill to heat it, this can cause food poisoning and by this time a lady is saying she will make me a fresh one… by now it had been about 10 mins of them going back and fourth.I didn’t trust them with my food by this point so I said you’ve just tried to reheat a burger which is health and safety, you made the mistake and now I Dont trust your food I want you to refund my burger, nothing else just the burger!
He said no it’s been 20 minutes they can’t make fresh food for customers every time somethings wrong and won’t give me a refund but will offer me a fresh burger. Completely missing the point that I did not trust them anymore to make a new one, wouldn’t be surprised if they gobbed in it, the place is filthy enough as it is, by this time I was fuming being told he won’t talk to me as I’m shouting. When I’m shouting because he’s trying to give me contaminated food and refusing to refund me. I asked for a manager and they said there isn’t one…. Next thing I know a manager appears. Listens to me and give me a refund then turns to me and says I am right they should never have reheated the food and understands that I didn’t trust them with any other food. No wonder why Kfc was empty and McDonald’s opposite is always heaving with customers.
The staff here are disgusting, the toilets are disgusting. The manager was the only person who had the intelligence to actually listen and understand why I wouldn’t eat from there. And he even agreed with me!
I’ve reported this to trading standards as the other reviews about filth, one of your reviews someone’s had food poisoning and that shows how long you’ve been letting people consume...
Read moreI recently visited KFC Chichester with my family and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered hot wings through the drive-thru, but after taking a bite, I noticed a foul smell – clearly the chicken wasn’t fresh. Although served hot, it seemed like it had been left out too long or stored improperly, raising serious food hygiene concerns.
I drove back to report it calmly, but instead of being helpful or apologetic, the manager and assistant manager were dismissive and more focused on arguing. I even asked them to taste it themselves, but they refused. Only after a lot of back-and-forth did they give me a replacement – and even then, with no apology and a rude attitude. The only staff member who handled things respectfully was Manish.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, but this time the issue was serious – both poor service and a potential health risk. I urge KFC to look into this branch and address their food safety and staff behaviour. Until then, I’d suggest others visit Bognor or Fratton...
Read moreAfter collecting my order for the family I had the displeasure of contacting the restaurant about there substandard service and less than edible so called food. The manager jogi was not very forthcoming on replacing the order.. I mentioned that I was more than happy to camp out at his poor excuse for a takeaway and make my feelings felt. He came around to my way of thinking and invited me in the following day to re_do our order. This was accepted and I travelled there, upon receipt of the order it was still wrong and incomplete.. I would never use this dirty disgusting place again. I know this will not affect them to much but if I can stop someone parting with there hard earned cash that is enough for me.. "Buyer Beware"...
