KFC Charnock Richards - M6 Services — Restaurant in Chorley

The most useless and ignorant customer service I have EVER encountered. The ordering screens were broke so when I arrived at 19:50 I had to queue to order at the kiosk. There was a man and his partner being served by one member of staff who was engaged in casual conversation with them. Another member of staff was stood in the background watching on. I waited patiently until the 20:00 and then signalled to the other member of staff to see if I could place my order with her. She then came over to me and said, “we can’t take your order now as we close at 20:00”

Stopped at this service station on Saturday. My husband wanted KFC - very fast to order using a screen, but lack of staff resulted in a long wait for orders. In addition, if someone didn't want to use the screen, one of the limited number of KFC staff had to stop preparing orders to serve them. I also waited ages to get served at Starbucks there, due to lack of staff, then there was also a long wait for a coffee. Waitrose was having problems and could only take cash! The upside is that it's a great place to stop to eat your OWN food - lots of seating available - and the toilet facilities are very clean. I'll avoid this service option next time...

Stopped off yesterday 11/8 for something to eat. The staff are brilliant, Adz served us, he was cheerful polite and a pleasure to speak with. I then was served by Violet, again she was polite and attentive, there was an issue with my order which wasnt a problem at all and Violet rectified it brilliantly. Great staff, although it was around 11pm they were working really hard and kept their smiles. Food was fantastic, very tasty and the chicken was perfect. Will definitely stop off at this KFC again when I am on my travels. If KFC read this please reward the individuals mentioned if...
