Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Chorley

CHLOE Served my group today at around 11:30 and what a disgraceful experience it was.

In all my life ive never come across someone who looks like theyre being forced to be there. Chloe needs to be retrained on customer service and kept away from the front till until she appreciates that she is the face of the company and is serving valued customers!

Horrible experience from start to finish (and i take my reviews seriously so im not exaggerating).

If CCTV were obtained it would show you the absolute carelessness from her whole demeanour. Slapping my sandwhiches on the counter, not handing me my 4 receipts despite my hand being held out for all 4 times. And then obvious and forced ‘sighs’ which made me feel very uncomfortable.

I am a regular customer of starbucks as im up and down the country for a living! This is something that i never want to experience again!

Chloe, I appreciate your a young person and may not want to work where you are. But customer service and general people skills is something so far valuable for your future life you cannot afford to continue being so negative. Called in on Monday as I often do while nipping in and out of Preston. Got served my regular strawberry and cream Frap by a happy young lady called Tia, excellent service as always, The young lady looked under a lot of pressure as there was a fair few in the queue, asked was she working alone and smiled back saying her manager was in the back. Tia could of really done with some support. Returned on Wednesday and was served by Rachel and the service was again outstanding. Tia and Rachel are a true credit to Starbucks. Keep up...

I have to say I find this coffee to be the best. Mild but flavourful. Great choice of coffee types as well as soy, coconut, almond or normal milk. Flavour shots are great with caramel adding sweetness or hazel adding flavour. Always interesting to try their flavour of the day or week. I like collecting the country / town mugs but they are now getting CRAZY expensive so I have stopped buying them. They should offer a free drink in any cup...
