I had a lovely time at the hotel and spa. I booked for a Mother’s Day spa night on a special deal. The food was lovely and the service was great. I enjoyed the spa facilities and treatments. Sibin was very helpful especially when it came to sorting out my food allergies. (Which was something l forgot to mention when we booked). The only thing l would say is the communication with staff over the phone when l was trying to check the reservation dates were correct was a challenge. I couldn’t get through to the spa to check with them about the booking and the first reservation wasn’t cancelled so l had to try and rectify that which led to me speaking to multiple team members before getting confirmation on the dates and treatments. This made me a bit skeptical about the service and staff, despite the issues with the reservation everyone was very polite and we felt very relaxed during our short time here. I ordered one of their pasta dishes and had a small talk with the chef who was dishing up my dish, he went on about a lot one pacific thing i remember him saying was he had curly black growing up, this is key for later on. It came quite quickly as it wasn’t so busy that day, I gobbled it all up quick since I wanted to get home as it was about to rain and I wanted to get home before then. Had a lovely meal here for our 3rd wedding anniversary (we got married at Park Hall). I added a comment when booking that it was our anniversary and when we arrived we were immediately given well wishes and told we would be getting 2 glasses of prosecco on the house! The place has been done up since we got married and it's looks great. The steaks were cooked perfectly to our tastes, and when we ordered dessert it came with a message attached (see photo).
