I had the pleasure of stopping by BrewDog at Edinburgh Airport during my travels, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable airport dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was welcomed with a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease. Ambiance and Atmosphere: BrewDog at the airport manages to strike the perfect balance between a casual pub vibe and a modern, sleek aesthetic. The industrial design elements, with touches of wood and steel, create a relaxed yet stylish environment. It’s the kind of place you’d love to spend time at before a flight or even if you’re just passing through. Despite being in an airport, it doesn’t feel rushed or impersonal—there's a genuine sense of warmth and friendliness in the air. The Food and Drinks: As you’d expect from BrewDog, the craft beer selection is stellar. They offer a great variety of their own brews, from hoppy IPAs to smooth lagers, and even some limited-edition specials that I couldn’t resist trying. For those who prefer something lighter or different, there are also cider options and a selection of spirits and cocktails. I went for the classic BrewDog Dead Pony Club pale ale, which was refreshing and perfectly served. The beer was crisp and flavorful, with just the right amount of hop bitterness. The food menu was equally impressive—while you’d expect traditional airport fare, BrewDog takes it up a notch with a range of hearty burgers, tasty sides, and vegan options. I had the BrewDog burger, which was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Service – Above and Beyond: Now, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service I received, particularly from Amy. From the moment I sat down, Amy greeted me with a big, genuine smile and immediately made me feel welcomed. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions about the beers and the menu. Her enthusiasm for BrewDog’s products was contagious, and she made the whole experience much more enjoyable. What stood out most was her attentiveness and care. Amy checked in with me at the perfect moments without being overbearing, ensuring I was happy with everything and that my food and drinks were to my liking. It's rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about their job, and it truly enhanced my time there. Amy’s approach wasn’t just about providing good service, but creating a memorable experience. She went out of her way to make sure everything was just right, offering recommendations based on my tastes and even sharing some interesting facts about the brewery. Her positive energy was a real highlight, and it made the visit feel less like a typical airport stop and more like a special treat before my flight. Overall Impression: BrewDog Edinburgh Airport is a standout location for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and exceptional service in a relaxed, stylish environment. The quality of the food and drinks speaks for itself, but what really made this experience unforgettable was the top-notch service from Amy. Her friendly, attentive nature truly made my time there something special, and I’ll definitely make a point of returning to this BrewDog location on my future trips. If you’re at Edinburgh Airport, don’t miss the chance to stop by BrewDog for an excellent meal and drink, and be sure to ask for Amy—she’s a true gem!

UPDATE 14.12.24 BrewDog have moved to a new more epic location!! I spend far too much time in the @brewdogedinburghairport I mean, why wouldn’t I, staff are absolute legends (looking at you James!!) , coffee is damn good and the drinks are brewdog classics! However, recently, they’ve moved locations (for the better, closer to the entrance), bigger location and the menu… oh my god that is easily the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten in any airport ever! Hell, it’s the best meal I’ve ever had in any airport… Korean bacon sandwich which is just tasty tasty Bao buns and goodness?! Yes please!! My only complaint is that they were so tasty I could have eaten double the amount 🤣 PLUS, they now have a free to use Photo Booth so you can take photos with your pals before you jet off somewhere fun? Aye, they have upped the airport game! This is not an advert, this is not me getting bribed to tell you to go to BrewDog in the airport, this is just me, who spends far too much time in the airport trying to make your life more tasty! — If I could give more stars for atmosphere I would. Sitting sipping coffee & listening to Chris’ epic metal playlist at 0630 has more than made up for my flight delay! For the bar itself, staff are always super friendly, seats are very comfortable and there is access to plug sockets (with USB), food is tasty & delivered super quick. Large & varied selection of drinks (alcoholic & non). But yeah, definitely recommend for your relaxed airport waiting to board spot! 🤟🏻 Actually the only negative about this spot, is that you have to go across the hall for the washrooms… but even then are less than a 30 second walks

Never had food off the menu but seen others food arrive and was jealous looked amazing. I always come by here when at airport as staff and atmosphere are great. Today both Kieran and Vincent were amazing. I'm a massive brew dog fan for home.drinking from cans. But both spent time with me asking what usual preference was and came.up with different suggestions which were awesome. I've worked in service industry and it's hard to keep a smile with regular customers at times.but these guys are doing it with a constant steady stream of changing faces. Well done guys.

The waiter taking our order at the bar didn't know what I meant when I ordered hotwings - share sized. Instead he asked me if I wanted large. Share sized is what is written in their menu. When asking for a receipt, the ordered food was not on it, only the paid amount (and time stamp)

The sign outside said the estimated time of food arrival was 11 minutes. Just ordering at the bar took 10, despite it not being busy at all. A share sized hotwings order was set on the waiters table from the kitchen at approx 10 minutes after. But receiving the food from the kitchen took 10 minutes more. After waiting more than 30 minutes, we got called to gate, and asked for it to be packed as ToGo - that took another 5 minutes. The hotwings were definitely not to our taste, we both agreed it was one of the worst eating experiences we have ever had. And lastly we paid for a dip we did not receive (but did not notice until at gate since we became in a hurry).

The fries were...
