£1.50 for ONE very thin small slice of 🥓 bacon. Honestly, they should be ashamed of themselves for the prices they charge... I wouldn't recommend. Go the the weatherspoons the airport instead,Better quality and service there. I just wanted a decent portion of bacon on my burger , instead you just took it away and took the tiny bacon off... Poor service. Can't be bothered with the customers. Not worth the price , and they genuinly don't care what they throw out the kitchen

I don't know what story the supervisor spun to you but she's isn't being very truthful. She confirmed that it was the correct portion size, there was no offer of additional bacon and took it away. As I said I wasn't happy paying £1.50 for one very small size piece. At this point we were then avoided, we didn't have an opportunity as we were not approached again. No one asked us how our food was either. 3 out of the 8 orders had issues (that's 62.5% success rate of your dream achievement of 100% great service)

Your replying statement saying you give your best services, is very inaccurate and insulting as this was not the case. Further training for your supervisory staff is highly recommend if you are looking to keep your promise of giving the best experience to your customers.

If she had offered me bacon I would have taken it and wouldn't be leaving a review. Hence the poor service comments.

I also recommend you please revise your reply to reflect the actual situation and not the fictional event which was provided to you by your duty supervisor.

FYI: I love streaky bacon, however I do expect a reasonable portion of it on a burger when it's bought at an additional charge.

Customers do not complain if there is nothing wrong.

Very disappointing service. Decent food.

Despite arriving whilst it was quiet, with around 7 FOH staff on, we struggled to get wait staffs attention when needed. Our burgers arrived promptly and looked appetising. My partner and I ordered the same same meal however fries portions were very different - with my pot looking half empty. I asked for this to be topped up as a result, though had to look for a waiter for about 3 mins - bear in mind its was very quiet and staff were milling together and chatting so I do feel this was unreasonable. We had to then try and wave someone down just to ask for sauces; which surely should be offered when meals are first served. By the time our waiter checked back in on us we Later when our plates were cleared I asked for a dessert menu which took 10 mins to be given to me. Again we had issues trying to get another drink for my partner though I'll admit it had become busier. I left him to finish his pint which we ordered when we had paid the bill and he was asked to leave, before finishing his pint (which he has only just ordered with the bill) after a mere 5 -10mins to make way for other customers. Bearing in mind a table nearby had entered etc at a similar time to us I found this quite rude, unwelcoming and unreasonable. Despite these issues no apology was offered in acknowledgement. Arrived at the airport earlier than expected, and the wait time in security was only a few minutes. My friend and I decided to have a meal and chose All Bar One. One of the staff greeted us next to the entrance and walked us down to our table. The place wasn't too busy but everyone was looking occupied, which was a nice sight to see instead of restaurant staff standing around and looking at their phones. We were approached by our waiter not too long after that, Jonathan, who was a true professional and a gem. He asked us about our allergies straight away, took our drink order straight after having a small welcoming small talk, and got back to us with them pretty fast! Kudos to the bar staff, excellent speed. We chose to have the full Scottish breakfast, one veggie one normal. Our waiter asked us about any extras we would like, which was a nice touch from him. The food arrived fast and piping hot, as it should be. I found the portion to be kinda small for my liking, but everything else was pretty much okay with the food. Having Jonathan as our waiter and chitchatting every single time he approached our table really elevated our experience in the restaurant.
