Fever-Tree BAR Cafe & cocktails — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

So the prices are a bit higher than it is supposed to be but considering the establishment is within the only airport in Edinburgh it's alright and acceptable . Now atmosphere ok this is a buzy airport and I was having a pint during my travel to London and finding a space at the bar was a bit of a trouble because of the huge influx and outflow of passengers and tourists after the festive season in Edinburgh. I have asked myself this question on numerous occasions over the past few years whilst travelling from Edinburgh for both business & pleasure, and to be honest I don’t know why I haven’t visited before now.

My flight was delayed so I needed to get a small bite to eat. I found a seat at the bar and was immediately greeted and asked if I had been waited on. I already knew that I wanted a Bloody Mary and a ham and cheese toastie so order was easy. I was asked how spicy I wanted my Bloody Mary which meant I was dealing with a professional. 😊 While I partook of my yummy sandwich and drink, I had a lovely conversation with Andrew. He was very kind, witty, and personable. He even kept checking the board for me as my gate was due to be posted.
