Hyderabadi Paradise — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

way to spicy and my order was delivered else where around a mile away from my post code. the person living in that house had the curtosy to search for address and deliver it. when I received the order, two items were missing. when I called the restaurant to report these two issues, I was told that it was their first day and they told they will refund for the undelivered item. I did not receive the refund so.had to speak with deliveroo to get the refund. the funny part is the order was still showing as on the way to delivery . I received a call the next day around 11am from the restaurant asking me if the order was delivered the previous night. I did explain the gentleman all the confusion that happened the previous night and I was waiting for the food for more than 2 hrs. if the people from the place where the food was delivered in correctly did not have the courtesy to come and give it to me. we would still be waiting or starving . when I called the restaurant to check on the delay. they said its already out for delivery and no other updates. After all this drama the food was cold, misses 2 items, and very spicy, the samosa was soaked in oil and I think it was reheated oil. I had to throw away the samosa. the next week my wife ordered from her phone. the order was delivered with some delay but to my address. everything was way too spicy to the level that we were sweating .bhel puri was only plain puffed rice with some onions. the chutney was very spicy and sambar was wattery and very tangy, nothing like a sambar for the dosa that we orsered. Overall no value for money and not worth the wait. Not a happy customer and will...

Had a very bad experience here. Most of the food we ordered were stone cold when served and had zero flavor. Part of the mains where given with the starters which got even colder by the time the rest of the mains were served. These issues were mentioned to the staff who had zero idea what or why I'm saying these things. The prawn biriyani my friend ordered had a piece of chicken in it. Glad we found the piece before she ate that as she is allergic to chicken and could have caused serious medical issue. We mentioned this to the staff and management and they offered replace the biriyani and we refused it and asked for the bill. After all these issues and complaints they had the audacity to charge us a 10% service charge. This would have gone unnoticed as they never provided any bills and just gave the card machine to pay the money. When i asked for the bill, the staff told me that I can only get the bill after I pay. The overall experience was very bad and we will never return...

Waited 3 hours for food, biryani? It's not even biryani. It's fried rice, very soggy and watery. We ordered paneer Tikka as a starter, only 3 small paneers were given for £4.50! Very small, the owner said when we called and booked tables, he assumed we were non veg. They didn't even say sorry. And then, the raytha with biryani, was water. Just water. The non veg food was not very good because less quantity. 😕 Very horrible toilets, and you cannot trust him. 4 year old kid starved for almost 3 hours with no food, how long is it going to take? Hyderabadi paradise is a rip off and a very stupid restaurant. Visit Anna Purna next to it, they do it so much better. Food was made in 5 minutes!! Very tasty in Ana Purna. Just 2 doors next to it. Very less quantity in Hyderabadi paradise. Very bad service, bad tasting food. I got diarrhea the next day. This restaraunt is not very good. Zero flavour, cold even though they said it was made fresh.
