During our trip to Edinburgh for personal matters, a good friend enthusiastically recommended Kiki’s Coffee, raving about their homemade cakes and home-cooked goulash. Naturally, we couldn’t resist checking it out—and wow, were we in for a treat! From the very first bite, we were absolutely blown away. The cakes were on a whole other level—bursting with flavor yet perfectly balanced, never too sweet, just pure indulgence done right. And the coffee? Simply divine. Smooth, rich, and exactly what we needed. We loved it so much that we couldn’t stay away and went back the very next day. And as fate would have it, the soup of the day was Hungarian goulash. Oh. My. God. One spoonful, and we were in foodie heaven all over again! The depth of flavor, the cozy atmosphere, the warm and welcoming service—everything was spot on.

Kiki’s is an absolute gem, and we’re already counting down the days until our next visit to Edinburgh just to experience it all over again. If you haven’t been, go now! A thousand times over, we’d...

Visited here for the 2nd time in a week today. First time we visited was because our usual go to cafe on leith walk was unexpectedly not open, so we popped in here and do glad we did! We were greeted with a warm welcome. My husband had a full breakfast and me a black pudding roll and each had a latte, both were freshly made and very enjoyable ā˜ŗļø When arranging to meet my friend for cuppa today, I suggested here. Again greeted with a warm welcome and good service. We both opted for avocado & egg on toast and a coffee- was the best avocado on toast we've had! Very tasty and poached eggs cooked to perfection šŸ‘Œ we were chatting away enjoying our coffee when the server brought us over a chocolate muffin and told us this is on the house! It was warmed up too - yum!!

Will defo be a regular now and would recommend šŸ‘Œ My only small gripe would be it's a small place, so if looking for privacy it's not ideal, but that...

So, Kiki’s Cafe located in Leith area of Edinburgh. This cute little cafe is one of the hidden gems to have popped up in the last few months. The interior is lovely which from a passing eye fails to do the place justice. The homely atmosphere really comes to life once you cross the threshold and venture inside. The most important aspect is the food with each of the menu items being freshly made. If one wishes to have lunch then the Hungarian Goulash, made by the owner and every bit as delicious and authentic as I’ve had in Hungary is a must. There is a great selection of homemade cakes if one wishes to just sit and chat over a coffee with a friend. I did both and was there so long Kiki was well within her rights to charge me rent. I strongly recommend paying this place a visit, you won’t be...

Best cafe in Leith We were there for a quiet day breakfast. We enjoyed our food. Everyone who works at Kiki’s checked us to make sure we were okay the whole time. The place gets busy all of a sudden, and there is plenty of space to accommodate a decent crown. The food was fantastic, the details were very impressive. Enjoyed their cappuccino until the last sip. Their service was very good, and a vibrant team was working there. The atmosphere was very good and the details were impressive. During our visit, we realised that the cafe on a memory of their loved one. Kili’s corner.
