Underground hotpot restaurant. Very good value authentic hotpot. £22pp for unlimited hotpot. They don’t take card, only cash or bank transfer. You can choose up to 4 different broths, we went for the chicken and hot and spicy broths which were good. There is an excellent selection of food which is self serve / buffet style. This was kept topped up often and the food was good quality and size. Razor clams, king prawns, squid, white fish, mussels, beef slices, lamb slices, dumplings, fish balls, tofu balls, spinach, bak choy, noodles, udon, oyster mushrooms, crab etc There is a station to make your own sauces to accompany. Good selection; coriander, Chinese vinegar, soy sauce, spring onions, sesame oil, sesame paste, fermented bean curd, chilli oil etc. Service is not prompt, they have to be flagged down to clear empty trays and order refill drinks. The broth top up could be more frequent. Soft drinks cost £3 and are...
