Subway — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

The worst subway I've ever visited! There was 2 people in front of me, yet it took 15 minutes to make both of their subs! I asked for a salad box, only to see they had literally less than half of the salad available in other stores out. The woman handling the money, kept the same gloves on to then delve into the salad! The man doing the meats didn't change his gloves once between mine and the other 2 orders. Not to mention he grumbled very quietly and indistinctly when asking someone "bread", "meat" and "other". The woman at the till and salad station looks like she would rather be held hostage than work there, with not so much as a glance up at anyone while serving them.........I am very surprised this store is actually even still open. Honestly the worst subway I've visited from probably over 100! Please, close this down or...

I made an order at 14.54 to constantly have my delivery time changed. I tried to cancel this order 3 times as it was becoming a very long wait to be told I can cancel but for the full price of what I have ordered!!!! Finally after almost 2 hours of trying to get through to them to cancel and to try and cancel on the just eat website there was finally a driver at the restaurant to pick up my order! Then over 2 hours later THEY cancel my order! Absolute shambles I have had issues with this subway before but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again with them. I can safely say I will NEVER order from here again.

Came here a few months before when the launched the preset subs and sent a complaint about hygiene and service - the feedback from them was an apology about the fact that the 2 staff didnt speak much english (this wasnt even an issue I raised). Partner wanted lunch there today and they were out of the veggie patty and plant steak but before that theh used the bread knife to wipe away excess meat and food from the side. Partner got the bombay sub but they were out of peppers and sauce. The service at this subway is just god awful and the hygiene is even poorer. Wish they'd get their act together and work on the complaints from these reviews as I typically...
